A. Ownership of information.

All information you enter is yours. We don't make any claim over it.

B. Advertising

The iTweetMyWay website may contain advertisements, and we trust you don't mind viewing these when you visit us. It is how we might monetize a free service (novel concept!).

C. Use of Twitter API

By using iTweetMyWay, you grant the site the right to perform actions on twitter on your behalf. But only the actions that you specifically allow, and no more.

D. Privacy and Security

We respect your privacy. See our privacy policy.

E. Availability.

Sure, we want to be up and running 24x7. If we can, we will. If not, we'll be back as soon as is humanly possible. We do rely on the Twitter API for processing requests, and so we are of course also completely dependent on the performance of Twitter.

E. Reliability.

Our goal of course is to be 100% correct, 100% of the time. But sometimes we may fail. Flame us on your blog or twitter if you wish, but please do let us know of any issues you run into. We'll want to make things right as soon as possible.
